📄 Service Description
We provide a platform that facilitates access to document analysis services, including plagiarism detection and AI content detection.
⚠️ Important: We are not Turnitin and do not own or operate Turnitin services. We act as a third-party facilitator, providing access to these services through authorized channels.
Our services include:
- Document similarity and plagiarism analysis
- AI-generated content detection
- Turnitin similarity and AI report generation
- Report generation and delivery
🔐 User Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
💳 Payment and Credits
Our services operate on a credit-based system. By purchasing credits, you agree to:
- Credits are non-refundable except as required by law
- Credits are deducted upon successful submission of documents
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice
- Failed transactions will result in automatic credit refunds
💡 All payments are securely processed through Paystack. We do not store your payment card information.
🗑️ Data Retention and Deletion
⏰ Automatic Data Deletion Policy
We automatically delete all order details, uploaded documents, and associated reports 24 hours after an order is marked as approved and completed. This includes:
- Original uploaded documents
- Generated analysis reports
- Order metadata and communication logs
- Personal information associated with the order
You may manually delete your document history at any time through your dashboard.
🔗 Third-Party Services
Our platform integrates with third-party services, including but not limited to Turnitin. Please note:
- We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Turnitin
- Turnitin is a registered trademark of its respective owners
- We facilitate access to these services but do not control their operations
- Service availability and accuracy depend on third-party providers
- We are not responsible for downtime or errors from third-party services
🚫 Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Submit documents you do not have the right to analyze
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
- Use the service to submit fraudulent or misleading documents
⚖️ Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Errors or inaccuracies in analysis reports
- Service interruptions or delays
- Actions taken by third-party service providers
🎓 Academic Integrity
Our services are designed to help users check their work for originality and AI-generated content. We do not condone academic dishonesty. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of our services complies with their institution's academic integrity policies.
🔄 Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
